shellu will have a lot of ideas - but if it were me, I would get a bottle of mag citrate mix it into three doses mixed with water andndown them - after eating little, which you have done - 6p.m. 8p.m. and 10 p.m. - expect to be near a bathroom. Drink lots of water, with some juice in it. and don't hold in any bm urge to go - believe me when you feel like going, you won't have a lot of time to get to the potty. Others might suggest colemic - but there are none where I live - any reputable ones where you are?

Also emenas- Shelly can tell you a lot more abot that than me.

Have you tried Colosan? It is very gentle, and effective for cleaning bowels, colon and attacking candida.
