OH MY GOSH. SO the cleaner my liver is, the more likely I will lose weight? I did one liver cleanse and since then I have been eating like a horse and cant gain a pound! UGH!! And Ive been adding lecithin to my soy shakes to help GAIN weight. This is so complicated.
Oh, and the bread did constiptate me I think. Back to no yeast.
