Yes and yes. When you gotta go, you gotta go. Just get back down and take in more of the water, adding more warm water as necessary. :)

Take it in slowly with pauses, using the clamp, and you'll be able to take in more. You don't want all the water to just sit in the descending colon and rectum - you want it to make it up to your right side.
