I drink the neutralizer by itself as I take a full ounce daily. I squeeze the neutralizer gel across my toothbrush then add a few drops of the soap on top of that. I will tell you this took about a week for me to get used to the soapy taste. But without adding the soap to the gel, you will not get the same effect. Adding the soap makes it seems more like toothpaste.

At this point, I do not even notice the soapy taste. My wife says the same thing. Once you get past it - and it took about a week - you don't notice any taste whatsoever. I use enough neutralizer gel to cover my brush. I only add a few drops of the soap - enough to get the foamy action going, but not so much that my mouth is consumed by soap bubbles.

I use the lotion on my face - it works great for both me and my wife. I don't drink the soap - although I have read that some people do. It supposedly helps to kill parasites. I figure I have enough of these products getting into my system one way or another that I don't need to also drink the soap!
