Cucumber juice makes me nauseas, don't know why.

For flavor, I always use either carrot or apple or both. But you can't do apple oh dear! So use carrot, and ALways use carrot as the base, the majority of the juice, as it is a nice, sweet veggie.

Then try a bit of beet - just one small beet now, it's a pretty powerful liver cleanser. :) Beet is amazingly sweet and will counteract any bitter green you add to the mix.

Ginger also tastes pretty good with carrot.

Now if you get to like that, you can start experimenting a bit. The next thing to try is one stalk of Celery thrown into the mix, and/OR a handful of parsley, or spinach, or cilantro, whichever green seems less noxious to you. ;)

red bell peppers are pretty sweet, but just use half of one to start.

Don't be afraid to add herbs such as mint, fennel or basil to improve the flavor.

I find it mostly impossible to add garlic or onion or cucumber. Kale and spinach takes a bit of practice.

I can't do tomatoes but people who can love making their own V-8.
You can also take your tomato juice and pour it into a blender so you can add avocado, nuts, seaweed, cayenne or cumin, to make a kind of cold soup.

Hope that helps!
