I have been trying really hard on my diet! Why is it so difficult to change my ways when I know it will help my health. I have bought a juicer and juiced veggies a few times and it made me feel so nauseous. Any suggestions? I don't know what veggies to mix together to taste good. I can't have any fruit. Thanks:)
