No, I am not coughing up any mucous, it just feels like it does when I do have mucous in my throat. It could also be described like having a fist in my throat that wasn't there or noticeable until I drink the P&B shake. Weird this is happening now after all these weeks of taking this.

I did receive the flax hull lignans in the mail yesterday. I guess I will go that route for now. Do you know if these will also help with regularity and/or MP release the way the P&B shakes do?
