I am noticing that right after I take my P&B shakes, I get this feeling of a thick mucas ball in my throat. I only notice this when I swallow, but it feels huge. After a few hours, and after drinking a ton of water, it goes away but comes back again when I drink another P&B shake. Am I developing an allergy to the psyllium or the bentonite? If not, what could this be?
