My tongue has ridges on the sides, but I still have the issues you mentioned concerning the middle of the tongue. What does that mean?

I do drink the Master-Cleanse lemonade almost daily, sometimes just a glass in the morning (instead of tea or coffee), and if home for the day, I make more, but I don't actually do the Master-Cleanse program. I do a constant Bowel Cleanse (have been on it for about 4 months), and I'm still getting critters and foreign material.
