The water and diet I do already, but I am probably taking too many vits and mins. I should have staggered them to see what reaction I had to what. Can you tell me about electrolyte supplements as I don't know anything about them?

It was interesting what you said about emotions as I am on sick leave from work and getting a bit fretful about it. When I first came off I was too sick to care, but now it is constantly on my mind. I want to get back but I am trying to get a transfer back to my old office which doesn't have the horrid air conditioning that my new place has, which I cannot handle. In this new place there are a lot of people coming down with headaches and skin rashes etc but not prepared, as I am do something about it officially. So I suppose I am fearful of not being able to take it all the way. I keep doing the Scarlett O'Hara thing and putting off thinking about it until tomorrow! But tomorrow has to come at some point.

I will try and get the stuff on your to-do list. I like to juice cranberries myself but they only stock them here at Christmas.
