just did my first SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (instead of last dose of ES) as part of my 4th Liver flush. It was like water-skiing without the skis. ;-)

It really cleaned me out. So I'm thinking. Isn't this better than an enema since it clears out entire digestive tract? In which case why bother taking enemas?
