Hi, this is a post I sent to another forum. I cleared all of my allergies using naet, although the worst of them (dust mites, some chemicals) came back when I got very stressed (husband got cancer) so I self-treat when that happens now.

It took me about 5 months to go through all the naet treatments I needed. Basically it's a treatment that uses accupressure points on the body to deal with allergies. There's probably more info on the allergy forum if you're interested. I was treated by a friend of mine who taught me how to do it myself so that's what I do now if I feel a chemical or food is triggering a skin reaction. I got rosacae last year. I was really stressed and unhappy and one morning I woke up with a bright red face covered in bumps. I started doing naet in december and now my skin is better than it ever was. I'm a very rational person so to start doing a treatment that is about energy meridians in the body fried my head for a bit! Still does in a way, but it's worked so I accept it.

I'm still searching for answers though which is why I'm doing liver cleanses. My skin looks good, so that's great, but I think naet is a temporary fix for my body. My skin reacts to chemicals etc because my liver can't cope, so for me to just treat for the allergies and not help the root cause of them doesn't seem enough. Hope that's enough info.
