Dear Steve
I have read many of your emails on the EFT forum and found them very informative.
May I ask you some questions please?

Is it necessary to learn EFT from a professional or can I self learn?
Can I tap for medical conditions,e.g. blood pressure?
Should I just tap for one thing at a time?

In one of your messages on the forum you mentioned surrogate tapping and I liked that idea very much.
Could I tap for a friend of mine without telling her I was doing it?
I understand you may not have time to answer my questions and if that is the case I understand.
