Just a reminder, keep tapping. Most folks stop after the first session for some reason so just in case you feel like quitting I'm reminding you to be persistent and you will get the victory over each issue, one at a time. If you need more help let me know.

PS If you've already downloaded the free tutorial from emofree.com then read it again so you understand this. I gave you the shortcut version of EFT, it all works though if you keep at it everyday. You wouldn't believe the amount of emotional baggage I've gotten rid of using EFT.
