Dear Darlene,

A lucid dream is one in which you
suddenly realize that you are
dreaming. In most dreams, you are
not aware that you, Darlene, are
dreaming.

But if you become lucid, it's a
moment of epiphany. You are literally awake within the dream
landscape, whatever it is.

The trick is not to wake up; to
maintain your lucidity within the
dream. Most people become so excited
that they wake up.

If you can stay lucid while dreaming, then magical powers are
granted to you. Perhaps the most
common is flying. I've had two lucid
dreams in which I was able to fly.
I didn't have any wings. I just said, "I'm going to fly," took off
running down a dirt road, spread
my arms, and began flying. In both
dreams, the experience was so exciting that I soon woke up.

I'll let Tom (Propolis) tell you
some more about lucid dreaming, since he had six in seven days.
That's astounding! If EFT can
generate lucid dreams, then I'll
begin practicing it ASAP.

Stephen LaBerge is (or was) the guru
of lucid dreaming. You might want
to pick up a copy of his paperback,
EXPLORING THE WORLD OF LUCID DREAMING.
It will give you an idea of the
tremendous possibilities that open
to anyone who can lucid dream on a
regular basis.

Sweet Dreams, Darlene!

Blessings,
