i've used old school hypnosis and nothing compares to the
sessions i've listened to.

Old school? What's that? I'm sorry, but you sound like a commercial for those CD's.

They might be all you say they are, but it isn't anything you can do on your own.

You don't need low frequencies to get to that state, you can do the same thing in your own mind.
