hi, i work as a past life regressionist as well as a clinical hypnotherapist, i think it is best to look into your current life for answers before going to the past lives, not for any big reason just that this is where the problem is more usually found, it is easy enough with hypnotherapy to go back and find the beginning of a problem, but it is also good to just work on releasing the anxietyin other words dont spend too much time looking back, i can just reinforce the issue,
