I have had a lot of luck with erasing a portion of my memory using hypnosis. The therapist replaced the horrible memories with a more enjoyable thought. Now any time that the 'subject' comes up, I have a pleasant thought and visual experience and then it is over. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
