I have been interested in Self Hypnosis for some time. I have read a half dozen books listened a few tapes. I got something from all of them although they all basically followed the same premise with a few different approaches. Recently, I came across a book on Audio.com that will take you step by step through a session and explain how to put your own recording together.

Based on the readings of Edgar Cayce . You can download this audio book and later burn it to a cd or other type player like an IPOD etc. 1 hour long.

I think this book is as good or better than the rest I have come across.
