i have read that a different sole solution than you are using, one that uses himalayan salt, lowers the blood pressure within a few minutes if yours is high and raises if it is low. thats all the information i have but i think you could try reducing the amount of salt and see what happens. you may want to gradually increase the amount of salt. i personally drink the himalayan solution and have not noticed any immediate effects. however the one that i drink is not very salty. hope this helps
