How much salt do you typically use daily?
I feel I can't ever get enough salt on me (I use pink himalayan, but running out of it) and I'm never thirsty enough to intake the suggested daily amount of water. ( I would drink probably 32oz of water daily if i was to follow my thirst solely and im 6'1 175lbs)
maybe low electrolytes levels?
