I only feel really tempted when I see food which is almost all the time. Like my friend gave me some carrot cake which i gave to my boyfriend which is sitting right there in front of me... i will move it.

Anyway, this is definitely not easy for me. I am able to go take my dog for a walk. Hopefully I will feel better.
