Glad you posted! i didn't really have any problems but i have been taking cayenne for the last few months. I did however get some on my lip which didn't feel very good. I think I'm actually using too much cayenne.

You should also get the The Healing Cookbook... it's easy to read and is good to read several books on the subject. I still have a lot to learn.

I was on the toilet much of the night last night.. the lax tea really worked!
