I don't know anything about the diet yet but 14 pounds in 6 weeks is a great success!!!It might not be as much as you would like but it is slow and steady and that is the best thing for your body. Everyone is different too so you won't get the exact same results as another person, you're probably doing everything right. Do try to stay motivated because if you stick with it you WILL see results you want.
