Oh, it's nice seeing times change for the younger folks. Your comments shed light for me. In my day, we were not only supposed to pressure cook darn near everything all the time, but eat (and cherish) the scorched rice at the bottom of the pressure cooker; at the big study houses the pots were soaked for a bit, then the scorch layer peeled off and served up. A little tough on the tooth enamel, but...
