Wow, what a relief, so that is more water than I thought and at least you can eat some more vegetables, and soon you'll have Hip Chick which I never read but have heard is very good.

There used to be a luxury resort in Jamaica that was all macro but don't know whether it is still there.

Your focus is so admirable! My goodness! And that weight loss is very respectable; sometimes the best weight loss and rebuilding does not have to be the most rapid kind, and slower can also be more permanent and comfortable too.

It would be interesting to hear how things go over there, and again I am inspired by your dedication!
