Hello, I'm not losing as much as I would have expected. I started at 184 and now I'm 170 so I've only lost 14 pounds and 5.5 inches. Other people who have followed my counselors diet has lost a lot more. He actually thinks I'm not following the plan. I have done all the ginger compresses... could that be the problem. He also thinks I must be drinking too much water.

I just need some "support"! So I can keep motivated. I know I'm getting healthier but I want to SEE the results too. I feel ok but I didn't really feel that bad before.

Any suggestions.
