Thanks for the response.

They gave me some info on the symptons from ridding the toxins. So I know it's normal (headache and bad taste). i just expected more weight to come off. This is only my 2nd week and i'm not losing weight. I'm exercising in addition to the diet (Taebo mainly). I have also measure myself and lost barely an inch (chest and waist).

I know that some people are going through fasting which must be a lot harder.

I actually feel pretty good already. I haven't had any discharge symptons this week.
