I'm currently on day 11 of a master cleanse and am looking forward to going macro after I break the fast. I was attracted by the Japanese flair and found a wonderful book at Borders (I've seen it on Amazon also) called the Hip Chicks Guide to Macrobiotics. I'm loving it. Putting together a shopping list for Sunday.
I'll be visiting this forum often for guidance and suggestions so let's post messages daily and get it back on the front page!
