I'm new to macrobiotics. I have been doing it for about 4 weeks now. My allergies have gotten better and I have lost 15.5 pounds. I feel great. I have obtained a lot of information on macrobiotics and some great recipes. I bought two cook books by Christina Pirello. I bought them from Amazon.com Let me know if I can help.
