You have to be strong. Think about your children - they need you, what would they do without you? It is a terrible thing that happened to you, but you need to get yourself together and get over it. Sooner or later your offenders will be punished - if not by goverment then by God.

Don't think about suicide - get on with life, you are too young to die!
