I agree with the post about being grateful for your surroundings..I find that when I'm at my lowest I start counting my blessings. Thank God for the clouds, the trees, the flowers, the birds, anything you can think of that is positive. Find and read a Bible daily. Draw positive things into your life. Watch the DVD
