I have what I have been calling "restless leg syndrome". I don't go to doctors anymore so I don't have a "real" diagnosis. It sounds like what #2974 described - the electricity running through my legs, the feeling I need to walk/run or somehow move them. It's not all the time but it drives me crazy when I get it.

I don't use aspertame in any form, ( I use Tooth Soap, so none there ) and I don't take cold meds or sleep aids - ever.

Do you or anyone else have any more info on what could cause it or what to do about it? Oh, I believe I started having it during my last (fourth) pregnancy. I thought it was related to that and would go away after my baby was born. No such luck.
