headcase...There are many people right here on this particular forum that will help
you. And you can turn your Depression and suicidal tendencies around. Did you know
that Depression is not an illness but a SYMPTOM??? You are depressed because your
body is lacking something it needs. Now I don't know what that is just yet...but
there are many here that will help you figure that out.

Do you mind telling us how old you are? And also, do you mind telling us the reason
'you' feel you are depressed? For instance, do you have an unhappy homelife...or
financial problems that are overwhelming you?

Feel free to say anything you want to...that you feel might help us...to help you..
get past this stage in your life.

NEVER EVER GIVE UP and do something foolish...because if your luck runs like the rest of us...tomorrow was probably going to be your best day ever.

You can overcome this...you do need help...and that help is right here. Ev posted
some very good advice...the B vitamin is wonderful...I've given others B12 under
the tongue and saw a noticable difference right away. I hope you'll respond with more information...and I hope you'll hang on and let us help you. You can turn
