If you gave up Xanax for 3o days without painful withdrawel sypmtoms consider yourelf very forunate! And also an easy candidate for completey giving them up!
If you just suffer from a little nervousness anxiety and insomnia concentrate on dealing those symptoms during that period and you win!
These three symptoms you describe can often be dimished greatly with just a good exersize program , good diet and other natural protocal!
I understand the convenience and the at the moment affectiveness of these drugs but there are long term consequences! They are toxins and congest the liver, acetiminophen is known to cause Lupus and xanax probably is just as bad if not worse!
There are people who where heavily addicted to these types of drugs and gave them up!
If you dont have a addictive personalty it may very well be hereditary, so hey feel lucky and take advantage or it!
