Whoa, so wait. When you flew from New York, where was your destination? I was under the impression that I would have to fly to Mexico. But from the sound of it, it sounds like you stayed in the US and just took a shuttle bus across the border? What airlines did you use and where was your destination?

I haven't done Liver Flushing myself yet. They recommend bowel cleansing before Liver Flushing because if your bowels can't eliminate the toxins released from the liver, then they will just reabsorb into your body via the colon. Also, with liver flushing, it's also recommended that you cleanse (different than flushing) and rebuild the liver. If you want more info, let me know. Again, this is all in theory and protocol, and I haven't done 'em yet, but I have researched a ton.
