exactly what do you mean "it(AA) got me to stop,at least they showed me how to do it"! Did they teach you how to stay out of a tavern? did they teach you how to not open a can a beer? did they teach you that 90% of alcoholics have low blood Sugar that made you crave alcohol ! did they teach that people who have problems assimulating alcohol because you lack and enzyme to properly convert alcohol to vinegar? did they teach you with a proper diet you will have a much greater chance of resisting alcohol! Ive been to many AA meets and never once heard any of these things mentioned! Tell me just what did they show you! I am very curios!
