Please let me know if you decide to try colustrum and/or urine therapy. There is nothing to lose (except to watch for a few things). I started urine therapy also 2 months ago because of smaller problems I had. I suffer from insomnia & passed a kidney stone a month ago so I decided to join my partner in the therapy. I started very slowly and I am now up to half a cup a day. It is certainly not dangerous but we had some detox reactions at the beginning like the need to sleep more which was nice to me. We both feel great!

If ever you need some extracts of books I have on urine therapy and details on how to use it, warnings etc. let me know and I could email it to you.
