I have been very pleased with the effect that clay has been having on my cavitations (osteonecrosis/myelitis.) I wear an athletic mouth guard that I bought at a sports store for $1.99, place some moistened Green Clay in it and wear it overnight. It is bringing about a definite and significant reduction in pain. I've started other friends with similar pain on it here and they too are impressed!
