1. Mostly soft foods -- soup, mashed potatoes, pudding, bananas, anything cooked well. It hurts to eat anything crunchy or hard.

2. All quadrants of Amalgams replaced & cavitations on same day.

3. My shoulders/neck...but they're always that way. It's where I carry most of my stress.

4. No. (except for *suspected* hypothyroid)

5. Ha. Actually, I've taken Colon Clenz for two days trying to get things moving...so far, nothing. Before surgery, I was up to once a day (which is *amazing* for me). I had one day (maybe day 3 or 4 post-op?) with about 5 or 6 trips to the potty. Since then I haven't gone.
