That seems to give me a hint at the severity level of my digestive situation...maybe it isn't too bad if the peeling is not severe.

I've been fortunate in that incorporating foods and limitations into my everyday diet has done two things...

... I get moderate cleansing effects, and,
... The symptoms begin to disappear.

My brain is clearer, some pains are gone, and weight is reducing.

Perhaps judging the severity of my problems by symptoms such as Exfoliative Cheilitis (peeling lips) isn't partiularly smart, but it certainly makes 'improving' easier.

I appreciate the hint.
