Sorry took long time to reply. Forgot my user name!!
My son cannot try any herbal pastes or any form of cream because the skin is so fragile it rubs off if touched. We have to search for other ways of helping him. No OTC medicines are effective against granulomatous cheilitis, which is what they think he has. Best to seek medical advice if you have symptoms.
