Dear 34548,

I'll suggest a good source of vitamin C for
you. But first, let's talk about that iron
deficiency.

Edible seaweed is the best source of minerals,
in a form that is easy for your body to use.
Sea plants contain 10 to 20 times the minerals of land plants, as well as an abundance of vitamins and other nutrients.
Our blood has almost the same composition as
sea water. The 100+ minerals and trace elements that are vital to good health, are
all contained in seaweeds.

How much? Sea lettuce contains 25 times as much iron as beef. Hijiki contains 8 times the iron, and wakame and kelp contain 4 times
the iron of beef. No matter which seaweeds
you eat, they are better sources of minerals
than any animal flesh.

Seaweeds are also the very best source of natural iodine. Kelp. kombu, and arame, contain 100 to 500 times the amount of iodine
that is found in shellfish. Iodine is absolutely critical to your thyroid gland,
as well as other endocrine glands. An enormous
number of Americans, most of them women,
are suffering severely because their bodies
lack the necessary levels of Iodine that are
required for good health.

So my first suggestion is that you go to your
health food store, and buy some packets of
seaweed. Most stores have dulse flakes. A packet costs less than $5.00 and will last for
months. Also look for wakame, nori, arame,
kombu kelp, agar-agar, and hijiki (hiziki).

The dulse and agar-agar (it's the only white
seaweed) can be added to juice or salad.
You'll have the cut the others into tiny bits,
and then add them to your juice. Stir it for
a minute, so that the seaweed soaks up some
juice. Then you can drink it. I've been doing
that for 20 years, and I'm in excellent health. You can also make soups of the hard
seaweeds, like kombu kelp. I've never done it,
but it would be very easy to do.

I've been taking mega-doses of vitamin C for
28+ years. For the first 25 years, I took 6
to 10 grams per day (6,000 to 10,000 mg).
Since 2003, I've been taking 14 grams per day,
spaced out over my waking hours.

I've been using the same brand of vitamin C
since 1977. Linus Pauling, in one of his books, suggested that Bronson Vitamins was
a good source of vitamin C. I took his advice, and it has been a GREAT blessing to
my life. I've been in radiant health since
Jimmy Carter was in his first months as President, and I give my daily doses of vitamin C MUCH of the credit. I'm 65 now,
and there's nothing wrong with me.

Bronson's website is" http://www.bronsonvitamins.com
Their order-line is 1-800-235-3200. I suggest
you buy a pound or a kilo of the sodium
ascorbate crystals (product #50). A pound
costs around $17.00 and a kilo around $34.00.
Bronson often has sales.

They include tiny white plastic spoons with
each order. The spoon holds 1,000 mg of the
white powder. These spoons are very valuable
additions to my kitchen. If you order, ask
them politely to include several extra spoons.
You'll find all kinds of uses for them.

I mix the vitamin C powder (crystals) with
juice. DON'T mix it with water, or try to
eat the powder by itself! When you finish the
juice, use a spoon to scoop up the vitamin
C residue that is left in the glass. Then
brush your teeth gently.

In your place, I would start with 1,000 mg
at breakfast, 1,000 mg at mid-day, and another
1,000 mg with dinner. If you like, you can
double the daily dose after 3 weeks or a month.6,000 mg of vitamin C each day (or more)
will make you a much healthier woman.

Good luck with the seaweed and vitamin C!
Let us know if they make a positive difference
in your life. I will keep you in my prayers.

Blessings,

Owen
