As I replied to David, these Max Stess B vitamins are the best and have actually supplanted the need for injectable B's in many ill patients. If you look at the doses, however, they aren't really that high. I think the key with these B-vitamins is that they are life-source and super-absorbable. I have always felt allergic to B-vitamin supplements, but I can tolerate these guys (although I did have to start at about a quarter teaspoon a day and build up)
