Dr. Hulda Clark says...

Vitamin C is manufactured synthetically in a very complex way, often using nickel or
platinum catalysts and various solvents including benzene.

What does anyone think of the above statement, is it true?

Does fruit/veg actually contain ascorbic acid, or does it contain a completely different substance (Natural Vitamin C for example). I get my vitamin C from Nature's Own Foodstate Vitamin & Minerals. It says the Vitamin C tablets are made from organic citrus fruits. So does this mean that these Vitamin C tablets are not actually ascorbic acid.

I've also heard that Vitamin C tablets often don't contain the stated dosages, and it's much better to take it in powder form.

You can buy the nutral forms in calcium or sodium (salt) ascorbate. But do these companies use standard table salt (very bad for you) or do they use non-refined Sea Salt (very good for you).

Does anyone know a company that sell proper Vitamin C (if there is such a thing)?

Surely it would be best to nutralise vitmain C using sodium bicarbonate (produced naturally by the body) or un-refined Sea Salt ? How do you do this?

Sorry for all the questions (and possibly incorrect statements). I don't really understand all this so I might be speaking a heap of rubbish, I find the Vitamin C Debate quite confussing. Maybe someone could help me out here.

Thanks for the help in advance though.

Dave
