Often, leg cramps, especially in calf muscle, is remedied by administration of calcium/magnesium, in a 2/1 ratio. Prefer the gluconate or picolinate form if taking pills is your gig. Otherwise broccoli, with its tryptophan content, will enable the pancreas to produce picolinic acid, which forms complexes with beneficial metals that are readily absorbed. Try a calcium/mag supplement in combination with a heapin helping of broccoli and report back.
