A small note out of topic.
I am troubled by Dr Fereydoon Batmanghelidj's recommendation to drink plain tap water! he says it's ok! I can't believe that. Other than that his book about water is super.

Also, you should be even more generous consuming real salt if you have some type adrenal fatigue, or, heaven forbid- Addinson's.
