Also, on the initial consultation, it includes X-rays (panoramic) for $90 if I recall (maybe if you bring all your x-rays you can avoid having more done - you can request these from your old dentists), a culture done of your mouth and microscope evaluation, an evaluation of your symptoms and history, and work done on the EAV which will give you an idea on how each tooth is affecting your health (if they actually are) and what issue is priority (mercury toxicity, bacterial, organic solvents) etc.
After Amalgam removal he will prescribe homepathics and supplements to speed up recovery, and you will probably have 1 or 2 more visits aftewards to monitor your progress and adjusting supplementation by retesting on EAV.
