Hi,
in my experience with vitamin c to date is that it might lower cholesterol abit, but I found that niacin works better overall. My ratio with niacin is better now than when the doctor had me taken crestor or lipitor. Like Owen, I don't eat meat or fish, chicken, etc. Do have a boiled egg now and then. The fruits and vegetables are all raw, and the juice is homemade. Like Owen, the only thing I eat cooked is brown rice. Didn't know this till now. Good luck with the cholesterol it takes time to bring it down naturally, it's not a quick fix like lipitor.
