No, my throat does not close up, but these are the same symptoms I get when I eat wheat, which I'm also sensitive to, so I figured it was more of an allergic reaction. I have ordered some sodium ascorbate and will wait to try that to see if I get the same reaction, then I will KNOW if I'm just detoxing or not. Thanks for your responses!!
